Dave Colton - Senior Customer Service Representative
Dave has been with Spokane Computer since March of 1993. Dave is the senior
software and hardware systems support engineer in the Customer Services
department. He provides FACS telephone support, onsite installation, configuration
and training services. He has extensive experience in training, installing and
upgrading OpenVMS Alpha Server and Integrity Server systems and FACS for many
truck equipment distributors throughout the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining
Spokane Computer, Dave provided support services to Triad Systems, a wholesale
auto parts system provider. |

Margaret Foley - Senior Customer Service Representative
Margaret joined Spokane Computer in July 2008 already well-versed in SCI software. She provides FACS telephone support, onsite installation, configuration and training services. Previously she was the System Manager for a large truck equipment company with primary responsibility for implementation, training and day to day operation of FACS and TEQuote software. She has a background in computer programming and system design as well as many years of progressive experience in business processes, customer service, inventory control, and training.

Carrie Kuespert - TEQuote/Web Support Specialist
Carrie has been with Spokane Computer since 2006. She provides support and training for TEQuote, Web, and Windows applications. Carrie joined Spokane Computer after ten years of wonderful experiences in early childhood education.

Michael Williams - Network and Infrastructure Support
Michael has been with SCI since February 2008. He provides network support, hardware configuration, telephone support and onsite installation services. Michael joins Spokane Computer after four years of managing technology for school districts, police stations, and non-profit organizations, in addition to nearly ten years of technology consulting experience, working with in all types of industries and helping them use technology more efficiently.

Nathen Bass - Network and Infrastructure Support
Nathen has been with SCI since November 2008. He provides network support, hardware configuration, telephone support and onsite installation services. Nathen joins Spokane Computer after several years of systems operations in the Seattle area, as well as IT help desk and systems administration experience with a government contractor in Iraq.

Larry Hoyord - TEQuote Consultant
Larry joined Spokane Computer in January 2008 after a long career in management in the truck equipment industry. He provides onsite and remote training for our TEQuote customers. Larry's previous experience includes extensive responsibilities in management, software creation and implementation for productivity improvement, and implementation and training for TEQuote for a nationwide company.
